Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and must not have been used This complies with government regulations.
Timeframe: Products must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. The cost of return shipping will be at the customer's expense, except for defective products as mentioned above.
Defective Merchandise: Defective items can be exchanged for the same item if returned within 14 days of delivery. Defects must be reported and authorization granted before returning the item.
